The Park Tool PCS-4 is a deluxe folding bike workstand designed for heavier duty home use or portable shop use. Featuring a rock-solid, four-point leg system that forms a 26.5" x 28" (67 cm x 71 cm) square, the PCS-4 folds flat for easy storage. The clamping height can be quickly adjusted from 51" to 68" (129 cm to 173 cm), and the clamp rotates 360 degrees to position any bike for repairs. Constructed from powder-coated steel tubing with a composite horizontal tube, the PCS-4 weighs 26 lbs. (11.8 kg).

The PCS-4 is available in two configurations: the PCS-4-2 with a 100-5D Micro-Adjust Clamp, and the PCS-4-1 with a 100-5C Adjustable Linkage Clamp. The 100-5D Micro-Adjust Clamp features a cam-actuated adjustment system for quick entry, adjustment, and exit, with narrow (2.7"/7cm) clamping jaws to fit into tight areas or on short seat posts. It can clamp tubes from 7/8" to 3" (23–76mm), including aero tubes and dropper posts. The 100-5C Adjustable Linkage Clamp has a proven design that can be adjusted to fit any frame tube up to 1-5/8" (41mm).

The PCS-4 has a maximum weight capacity of 100 lbs. (45 kg), with the assumption that the weight is centered over the legs.
